All our products carry a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing faults.
If for any reason a product proves to be defective, we will collect the item at our expense and issue a full refund.
Returns
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to all our products and allow for any item to be returned by the buyer within a period of 7 working days of receipt. The item must be unopened and returned in its original packaging and original condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item is returned within 7 working days and that they pay the cost of any additional packaging and postage that may be required. Upon receipt of the returned item, your original purchase including original P&P charges will be refunded.
Where a product is defective or not fit for purpose, we will arrange to collect your item and refund your purchase immediately upon its return.
